Terms and conditions for competition

  1. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter will not be able to administer this competition if entrants do not provide personal information. The Promoter may, subject to its privacy policy, which can be viewed at www.lenovo.com, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purpose including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  2. The Promoter is Lenovo Australia and New Zealand Pty Ltd ABN 70 112 394 411 of Level 10, North Tower, 1-5 Railway Street, Chatswood, NSW 2057. The Promotion Administrator is Targetbase Marketing Pty Ltd ABN 39 087 316 710, trading as Targetbase Integrated, 52 Budd Street, Collingwood, VIC, 3066.
  3. Entry is limited to residents of Australia and New Zealand except employees of Lenovo or its agencies and their immediate families. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
  4. Entry to the draw is via the internet. To enter you must complete the online entry form located at http://smb.lenovoincentives.com
  5. Only 1 entry per email address is permitted. It is free to enter the draw.
  6. Incomplete entries are invalid.
  7. The promotion commences on Monday 9 April, 2012 for residents of Australia and New Zealand.
  8. Closing date for all entries is at 11.59pm AEST on Saturday 30 June, 2012.
  9. The winner will be drawn at Targetbase Integrated, 52 Budd Street, Collingwood, VIC, 3066, at 1.00pm AEST on Friday 6 July, 2012. The winner will be contacted by telephone and notified by email on Wednesday 11 July, 2012.
  10. If the winner does not claim his/her prize by Tuesday 9 October, 2012, there will be another re-draw at 1.00pm AEST on Friday 12 October, 2012. The winner will be drawn and contacted by phone and notified by email on Monday 15 October, 2012.
  11. 11. The name and address details of the prize winner will be published in the public notices section of The Australian newspaper on Tuesday 24 July, 2012. If there is a re-draw, the winner's details will be published on Wednesday 31 October, 2012.
  12. The prize to be won is a Lenovo ThinkPad® Tablet and Keyboard, MTM 1839-2NM valued at AU$718 RRP (including GST).
  13. The prize will be delivered to an address within Australia or New Zealand. Estimated delivery time frame is 4 weeks.
  14. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  15. All entries become the property of the promoter.
  16. To the extent legally permissible, the promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the prize.
  17. The promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any disputes.
  18. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, in particular the draw dates and the prize or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
